If the sinus medicine has any Benadryl in it, I would wait another 12 hours just to be safe since both the alcohol and Benadryl can cause respiratory depression. The effects of the alcohol vary, depending on your body’s ability to metabolize the alcohol. As long as you are back to your usual baseline at 24 hours, it is safe to resume the Benadryl. Good luck!
