Probably safe: unless they contain impurities. Herbal preparations don't have to live up to very stringent standards.Plus, the only real efficacy Fenugreek is in enhancing the flavor of ethnic food. Also used as cattle feed. Breasts don't have to be 'large' to be attractive.Being an athlete is a great aspiration  but stating heathy also involves consumption of adequate healthy calories

I don't think so.: You may be able to block estrogen activity selectively at the breast using raloxifene.  If you want to become female isn't breasts kind of, well,  part of becomming female?  I doubt the breast would become over enlarged but if you wanna be female your gonna kind of need those for the complete package.

Limit intake: Long periods of estrogent use (as in hormone replacement) have been proven to increase the risk for breast cancer.  This is especially true if taken for longer than 5 years.  If you are looking for breast enlargement, then you should consult with your doctor.  I recommend considering augmentation, which is performed by a plastic surgeon.  Explore all options in order to make informed choice.

Not from Plan B: Plan B contains only Progesterone so breast tenderness is not a side effect. Breast tenderness can occur from oral contraceptives. If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. They are cheap, reliable and available  at any pharmacy.  You should always do one after taking Plan B
