Impossible to say: Everybody has a different tolerance to alcohol.  Man can generally process more alcohol than women, perhaps due to larger body & liver mass.  Other factors such as hepatitis virus coinfection and fatty liver disease can contribute to liver injury from alcohol.  Genetics can perhaps play a role also.  Regardless of anyone's ability to handle alcohol, binge drinking is strongly discouraged for all.

Alcohol is a poison that never did anybody any good, ever, so stay away from it. It will destroy your brain cells, facilitate development of cancer in many organs, including breast, cause hepatitis, cirrhosis and pancreatitis etc. There is no safe level of alcohol intake. Quit while you are ahead.

The good news is you are young and as humans don't use 90% of their brain cells, so you have lots of brain cells you can still use to "catch up" with what you did during those teen years. But you have to stimulate the brain cells, exercise them. Read, listen to classical music, meditate, do physical exercise, do crosswords - all of this will help your brain!

: Not feasible to comment on whether there is any damage from your prior drinking.  Suggest you discuss this with your doctor.  The blood tests are reassuring but may not fully evaluate internal organs, such as liver, pancreas, kidney.  Obtain your doctor's opinion regarding alcohol in your specific case.
