OK: Milo is high in carbohydrates and calories. That said, it can be part of a balanced diet in normal pregnancy.  On the plus side, the Milo website states that the drink is high in calcium, iron and the vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12.

Ectopic?: Sounds confusing - no blood test can date the pregnancy, only ultrasound. Seek medical care with serial blood HCG and transvaginal sonograms to exclude the life-threatening diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. Take Folic Acid 1-5 mg daily and good luck!

People can get an infection of some sort involving any part of the body. Sometimes, people have 2 infections at a time, such as a viral influenza infection and a bacterial middle ear infection. Details matter. If unsure, one can call her primary care doctor to ask about who to see.

These signs however are generally not real and represent some inner need for the patient to be pregnant.  This is either conscious for secondary gain or unconscious in some psychological or psychiatric way.

Not Likely: At your age, if your are healthy and your periods are regular, it is reasonable to wait a year of trying to conceive before seeing a doctor.  To increase your chances, get an ovulator predictor kit to pinpoint your fertile days.

People have been: Having miscarriages, well, since there have been people.  There may be an issue which needs attention but generallt not.  There is no evidence to say how long one should wait afterward but you may need a mental break.  The bleeding should stop in a few days but if its heavy get seen, you may not have passed everything (but you likely did) good luck.

Not a lot: Molar pregnancies are not real common, occurring in less than 1 in 1000 pregnancies in the USA.  But, they are certainly serious when they do occur.  Usual treatment is a D&amp;C, and follow-up after treatment for a molar pregnancy is quite important - as sometimes the molar pregnancy can recur after treatment.

what are the situations doctors test for herpes at pregnancy? do they just test or do they need to see a breakout?

History or symptoms: If you think you had a lesion that is concerning for herpes, your doctor can check blood tests to see if you ever had exposure (cold sores etc)
If you have an active lesion, they can send that for a culture as well.
