Very good program: I fully support weight watchers and other programs that help people with weight loss. The have had great success in some of my patients and clinical trials show benefit. The biggest hurdle is persuading people to stick with any weight loss program over several years and i think weight watchers is as good at this as any other. Many patients with severe obesity may need drugs or surgery too.
