Yes: If no results and you still have an urge to have a bm, insert a fleets enema. If still no results and especially if you develop abdominal cramping or distension, have a rectal examination to determine if you're impacted and need manual disimpaction.

Personal preference: Colonoscopy preps are intended to cause large volumes of fluids and bowel material to pass through quickly, thus cleaning out the intestines. Tablet forms are easier to take since it is just a set of pills and glasses of water. Solutions like Mag Citrate are typically more difficult to take because of the taste, acidity and volume ingested. Both systems do the same thing.

ive had small abdominal pain with kinda feel sick it been going on for 7 day i took a dulcolax at 2 pm yesterday this morning i went to the bathroom twice green the second one was broken up and there was a half dollar size of blood on top no pain?

: You did not state if you had had any bowel movement in the previous 7 days.
If you was constipated, it is not uncommon to have rectal bleeding after taking laxative because you are at risk for hemorrhoid.
If you are not constipated and you have no history of hemorrhoid, you need to have at least sigmoidoscopy done for ruling out lesion in the descending colon.

See answer: Everyone responds to meds differently and it depends on whether you have issues with emptying or if your stools are hard. Dulcolax is a stimulant laxative so it may not work if your stools are hard. Increasing dietary fiber and water intake will help with this. Hope this helps!
