my ms treatment ocrevus kills off my cd20 positive b lymphocytes. im so worried about getting sick. i have a nagging flu symptoms for a week +?

Can be a cause  but!: There can also be other causes. It is best to discuss with your  physician.

This is a great drug and it can control your  MS but you need  guidance to take it safely. It is an immunosupressent  and infection can be a risk.

We used the same drug in studies  for Rheumatoid Arthritis and it did great but we  do not have  it availble for RA unfortunately

: Yes. You may not have a prodromal phase to a flu infection.
Get Covid and Flu vaccinations.
For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.

:  COVID 19? Make sure to quarantine. Rest, hydration, acetaminophen, decongestant, cough med &amp; nasal saline irrigation may help symptoms. If NSAIDS are used consider Naprosyn. Consider use of Vitamins C, D, B complex &amp; zinc. Get emergency care for difficulty breathing, blue lips or face, significant &amp; persistent chest pain or new-onset of confusion.

No: Hiv is a virus that diminishes and significantly reduces you immune system specifically the t line. 
Influenza is a virus that incubates for about a week sometimes less and causes a powerful respiratory infection.
If this is what happened you are more likely to have flu than hiv.
Most with HIV begin to have " opportunistic" infections like thrush which is fungal and normally suppressed.

Could be COVID 19.: Suspicion for COVID 19 is higher with at least 2 of these sx’s: temp of at least 99.6, Cough, Shortness of breath, Chills, Shivering, Muscle pain, Headache, Sore throat or new loss of taste or smell.

A little: It may be on the early side for malaria to emerge but both malaria and flu are readily detected by simple tests. Treatment guided by results can benefit either.

Depends on location: Depending on where you live and what you are exposed to on a daily basis, you at greater or lesser risk for certain viral illnesses that tend to migrate across geographic areas. Sounds like you has a moderate viral illness. Probably will never know exactly what virus it was -- and that usually doesn't matter. Certain infections do have seasonality.

: The flu like symptoms may be caused by a number of respiratory viruses. You may have had viral pneumonia. The test accuracy for influenza is not 100 percent. If you have respiratory symptoms, an imaging study is recommended.

Infection related: It is not uncommon to develop hive-like rashes in association with viral illness and even strep infections.  As the infection resolves or is treated, so will the rash.  These rashes are more common in children.  The location being the tops of the thighs in curious.  Take a photo to show your doctor.  Follow the progression and if not better, see dermatologist.
