i take trazadone 50mg, the last time i took one was three days ago. yesterday i took sudafed and nyquil sinus meds.can i start taking trazadone again?

  And may combine with trazadone to worsen drowsiness.  Sudafed comes in many forms both quick and slow release it has a mild stimulant effect.

Formulations vary from country to country so safest thing here is to ask a pharmacist or doctor licensed in your area for advice.

"clogged ears" can…: Result from middle ear infection or fluid build-up due to swollen eustachian tubes. Sudafed should help open eustachian tubes to drain fluid from ears (caution: can elevate blood pressure). If dizziness is severe enough to increase risk of falling, use the meclizine. Side effects: dry mouth, blurred vision, difficulty urinating, constipation, worsening of prostate symptoms).

Only tests done are ekg, CBC and metabolic panel and urine analysis.But diagnosis is made by history of ingestion and physical exam.

Drugs.Com: drug interaction checker did not show any signficant interactions between Contact Cold and Sore Throat (acetaminophen / dextromethorphan / pseudoephedrine) &amp; Sudafed Congestion (pseudoephedrine). But I don't see a reason to mix them since both contain pseucoephedrine.

Maybe: I try to avoid recommending sudafed to people who have high blood pressure. People with diabetes also would be better to avoid it. But if it is once in a while and taking safer measures such as nasal saline, nasal steroid fail to relief nasal congestion then i would say it is not a big issue to take a few of them.

Yes: Sudafed and Methadone should be O.K. To take together, even though one is a mild upper and the other is a downer. Sudafed is a mild stimulant that acts as a decongestant and vasoconstrictor of blood vessels. Methadone works primarily by binding to opiate receptors in the brain. This reply is based on the assumption that sudafed is not transformed into an illicit drug by some buyers.
