Can i take sudafed pe if im a diabetic?

Maybe: I try to avoid recommending sudafed to people who have high blood pressure. People with diabetes also would be better to avoid it. But if it is once in a while and taking safer measures such as nasal saline, nasal steroid fail to relief nasal congestion then i would say it is not a big issue to take a few of them.

Most likely yes: U can take the pills if your blood pressure is well controlled and your kidney and liver functions are normal. If you take the syrup form make sure it's sugar free. The pe can also raise your blood pressure slightly.
