If : If the cause of your blepharitis is from an infection, then it will feel better after treatment.  When it reaches the stage where it becomes symptomatic, blepharitis often requires chronic maintenace therapy or it may flare up.  This does not necessarily mean prescription medications--just warm compresses, lid scrubs, lid massages etc.

Not much...: Even if you had a prescription for antibiotics, the meds do not fix your rotten tooth... you need to be treated by a dentist for that. Most patients do not have dental insurance, but they still fix their teeth. You'll have to set priorities and possibly finance some of your treatment.
