Sponge bath: use Saran Wrap around surgical wound site along with towels. Sponge bathing is key. And once finished make sure area us dry

: Six weeks after surgery your wound should be closed and might possibly have some scab still.  Washing every day with soap and water is the right treatment.  It will close eventually, gradually.  If it is not getting smaller, please consult your surgeon.

Depends: Testicular torsion is not an elective procedure, so the surgical results vary with the length and degree of blood loss to the affected testicle before surgery. If your surgeon was able to safe the testicle, you may stay longer in the hospital to observe for signs of infection, delayed ischemic problems. If the testicle was removed, the recovery might be short. Good luck.

Just keep clean...: Some degree of pain, redness, and "swelling" at incision are expected, worst for 1-2 days, and get better day by day afterwards. As long as it moves in such expected postop course, you're ok. All you need to do is do nothing but keep the incision dry and clean. Why? What we do after skin edges seal will make no difference to the tissue beneath the skin. If still in doubt, see doc timely.

: 2 weeks is two early to tell after surgery. Wait till you heal 6-8 weeks for results. In the meantime make sure you tell your surgeon about it in the post op visit. Hope you do well.
