Yes -- negatively!: Your body metabolizes alcohol immediately, often at the expense of other, much more vital metabolic processes (like maintaining adequate blood sugar levels). Over time, heavy drinkers can therefore become diabetic. Alcohol also irritates your GI tract and damage your body's ability to absorb nutrients, vitamins, and minerals from your food, which will have a negative impact on your metabolism.

Dangerous combo.: Combining alcohol with Cocaine creates cocaethylene which adds further to the effects of either drug alone. Sometimes what is done to your brain is more relevant than how long the drug stays in your system. Be warned this is dangerous. Be safe.

Genetics: We all have differences from each other due to genetics, including gender and nutrition. The rates at which various chemicals, including alcohol, are metabolized, vary among people and explains how long after the last drink etg may be detectable.
Alcohol is a poison and you should abstain.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

Depends on test: If only blood alcohol levels are checked, those are usually normal at about 12 hours after last drink, sooner if amount imbibed is small. Urine test for etg may be positive for 5 day after drinking. In a chronic drinker CDT test may be positive for 2 weeks.

Metabolize alcohol: You need to see your physician for a check up.  You may have liver problem.  Do you use alcohol most every day?  You may have damaged your liver.

Ativan: I would recommend waiting 12 hours before mixing alcohol with ativan.. There is still some risk with driving even after 12 hours. Bottom line: don't drink alcohol when taking ativan and then drive.

Urine test for ETG may be positive for 5 days.

Yes: But this is very dependent on gender and genetics and so much more! as well a persons ability to metabolize alcohol and any other co-existing health problems. In kidney or liver disease or combo of both, add no alcohol dehydrogenase (genetic abnormality) and a person could remain 'drunk' until dead.

i'm taking clomid on cycle days 5-9. i stopped drinking any alcohol on day 1 because i've read about alcohol impacting its effectiveness. if i have 2 cocktails on day 9 only, will that metabolize clomid to an inactive state?

: I assume you are taking clomid to have babies, I am not a gynecologist, however there is time for everything and if you want healthy babies it best not to take alcohol not only when taking clomid but also when pregnant. It is best you make up your mind if you are ready to have a baby.

Should be ok: If your last drink of alcohol was 3hrs ago, should be fine to take.
