Sinusitis: See reply to your other question. Maybe just bad luck. Also, many cases of sinutisitis aren't due to bacterial infection, and therefore often no antibiotics are helpful. Treatment aimed at allergy (e.g. antihistamines) and congestion (decongestant pills or spray) often are better. Probably a "weak" immune system isn't the problem. Consider a second ENT opinion, or infectious disease specialist.

Better not to: Levoquin is a pregnancy category c drug, which means it is unclear whether or not it is safe in pregnancy. This is because of a possible effect on bones and joints of fetuses. If you think you could be pregnant and are taking levoquin, call your health provider to see if you can take an alternative antibiotic.

Stop medication: If there is a concern about the Levaquin (levofloxacin) causing the tendinitis, stopping the medication needs to be done first.  If the tendinitis is due to the medication, a possible but infrequent side effect, your symptoms should improve over 3-10 days.  If symptoms do not improve, see your physician for evaluation of other potential causes of the tendinitis.

See your physician.: Kidney infections are serious and require prompt treatment with the right antibiotic. Hopefully you have a urine culture result by now which will show the correct antibiotic. Flank pain is common even on proper therapy,   but worsening pain & fever requires re-evaluation with physical exam & possibly imaging as your current regimen may be inadequate. See your physician as soon as you can.

Possible: Relapse is always possible with pneumonia.  Once a segment of alveoli are damaged..they are forever more susceptible to further damage.  Atypical pneumonia caused by say mycobacterium have the greatest chance of recurrence if not treated long enough.

Safe: Using prenatal vitamins, a multivitamin, or just Folic Acid for 2 months prior to pregnancy reduces your risk of having a baby with a neural tube defect or a cardiac defect. So take your vitamins! the fact that you are using Levaquin (levofloxacin) prior to ovulation doesn't change your risk. Safe to try and get pregnant? Probably. To decrease your anxiety take your vitamins and wait 'til next month.
