I would avoid a chemical peel during this period while your skin is recovering for the acute injury cased by the tan, Instead hydrate your skin well and often, (I recommend either Epionce Medical Barrier Cream or SkinMedica TNS Ceramide Treatment Cream) and add a hydrating, broad spectrum antioxidant sunscreen of SPF30 everyday.

Depends which: Chemical peels work at different depths and have different effects.  Day of peel you should avoid sun. Day after you need sunscreen or sunblock.  A good recovery cream with Hydrocortisone and a moisturizer.  Do not pick at the peeling skin!

They occur when flakes of skin get trapped near the surface of the skin. Often seen in newborns, they often resolve spontaneously. Persistent milia can be shelled out by a medical aesthetician, cosmetic surgeon or derm.
