about 30-60 mins after i eat i feel sick no matter what i eat. i started taking probiotics but they also really hurt my stomach and made me feel sick?

Sick after eating: Your symptoms warrant some investigation.  I would suggest seeing your primary physician for an exam and perhaps some blood testing.  It's possible they will refer you to a Gastroenterologist for additonal tests and perhaps an upper endoscopy.   Best of luck.

i was recently dx small hiatal hernia abd&pelvic ct w contrast. no other findings. i noticed 30 min after i eat, i get all flushed and weird feeling, with gurling tummy. esophageal stricture? or duodenal ulcer? i'm on pepcid and florestore probiotic?

Rather functional: Your symptoms suggest dumping syndrome which is rather functional and studies such as gastric emptying or small bowel series may be needed. May need also to review current meds with your prescriber.

garlic as they say have prebiotics..can i eat it and how long should i wait before i take yakult as a source of probiotics?

Good nutrition : I think a healthy diet is an important part of overall health. Yakult is a yogurt drink that contains the "good bacteria" that help with digestion -"Probiotics". Prebiotics refer to the source fuels for these bacteria. Garlic, bananas, oatmeal, berries, onions, legumes and dairy products are some sources. I think if you "listen" to your body you can find which foods are most agreeable to you.

i know my a1c and i check blood glucose fasting and post prandial daily. i eat very low carb and workout daily. why do i need a dx???

Dx: If your A1c and fasting blood glucose are all within range there seems to be no need to check your blood glucose more than once a week. If the 'once a week" gives you bad results, go back to treatment. If not - check your blood sugar once a week. If that is OK - relax and enjoy.
If not, please see your primary doctor.

Pills wont work: Probiotics are for your bowels, not beath. Hygiene and food choice are your real solutions. Brush and floss (correct technique, ask dentist) each morning and night. Reduce your sweets & refined carbs (chips, soda, cookies, bread, gravy, etc), eat more vegetables and whole grains like brown rice. If no improvement after a week, see your doctor to rule out other medical causes.

Strong immune system: Previous smokers often have stories like this. Just to gently correct you, you food facts won't help here. To have a healthy immune system you must have a high protein diet. Fruits and veggies don't add much here other than general good nutrition. With your lungs continuing to heal you will get past this! make sure the majority of your calories are proteins!

No: The quality of the products are highly variable and only 4 have been tested in controlled trials with mixed results. Unless you are coming off a course of antibiotics, have acute diarrhea, or frequently suffer from GI or vaginal infections, yogurt should serve you quite well.

Yes, but............: The 'but' is you are wasting your money. A balanced diet is all you need. Taking supplemental probiotics has absolutely no value.

Any symptoms?: There is no objective evidence pro-biotics provide any benefit. 
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.
