Over 10 years: The vaccine provides protection for at least 10 years - probably no more than 14 years however.  The recommended dose after possible exposure is 4 doses which you have now had.  You should be covered.

: Rabies vaccines are injected intramuscularly, not intradermally, and your worries are not well supported.  It's not clear whether or not  alcohol affects immune response to rabies vaccine adversely.

OK but not ideal: The vaccine does not absorb as well from the gluteal muscles which is where the recommendation comes from. It's not harmful to you, but may not be as effective if all the doses are given there. Also, the is a big nerve in your bum that could be hurt when you give gluteal injections, so best to just stay away from them. You certainly should continue the series.

Unlikely to hurt you: at 9m after exposure you would either be dead from rabies or never really exposed. Many who work in professions that might expose them to rabies get the vaccine ahead of time. The primary series gives you about 2 years of protection.
