You may have fast: Metabolism and hyperacidity. If u r concerned about weight gain, drink lots of water instead of eating when u r hungry to curb your appetite.

Milk Thistle Effects: In some studies researchers found that relatively small concentrations of milk thistle did significantly slow down the activity of the liver enzyme cyp3a4 by 50% to 100%. This enzyme system is the essential force that metabolizes most drugs ingested, and by decreasing the system you increase the effective levels of the drug in your system. This can be very dangerous and i would be very cautious.

It's possible: Pumping only is not as emotionally bonding as when actually allowing your baby to nurse at the breast. Something about the skin to skin contact that is good for both mother and baby--thereby enhancing the milk supply. Having said that, in my 30 years of pediatric practice there have been mothers to successfully  support their baby by only pumping;--so it is possible--just not as likely.

3 mon dd stopped drinking milk(since 1 week)last chechup was recent so she gained overall.used to drink 600-700ml now only 500 by forcing?

Normal Variant: 3 month old should be taken 150ml-200ml/kg/day of milk average.   Sometimes there are periods when children eat more (growth spur) or less (sleep more for ex.).  If the 3 month old is acting as usual, has no other symptom (fever, cough, runny nose, diarrhea, etc), is urinating normal (at least 3 wet diapers a day) then no worries.  If not needs to be seen by his/hers pediatrician.

Hyper metabolic : Your body appears to reacting to a lack of calories.  The craving and weight lost could be related. Body may be in a hyper metabolic state requiring increased calories and resulting in weight lost. Need to see a physician and a complete evaluation needs to be done. Possible symptoms of diabetes, over active thyroid and other metabolic conditions.

One year old: One year toddlers are generally eating table foods and are generally transitioned to whole milk at this age (as long as no milk allergy has been determined). If your breast milk supply had dwindled/disappeared then transition to whole milk would be your next step. If you have other concerns regarding your todler's feeding I would recommend speaking to your pediatrician for more recommendations

Feeding: At this age he should be getting 3 meals w/ solids a day & still on formula (not milk) ~ 4 times daily. Be sure he's not taking excessive juice/formula between meals. A bottle & a serving of solid food prior to bed is helpful but no "bed bottles." if he gets up during night, water is fine at this age or you can give him small amount of formula. Check on his growth w/ pediatrician at next visit.

my son is almost 9months old. the last week he has been on and off with milk feedings and eating. today he is crying and screaming a lot and only drank milk at half past 12 since 11 pm last night... he also does not want to eat..?

9 month not eating: There are a lot of unknows here. Does he have constipation? When was last BM? last wet diaper? diarrhea? fever? eating anything? Vomiting after feeds? Pulling on his ear? Cough or nasal congestion?  Would follow up today with MD/pediatric  urgent care  today as may need intervention/medication or imaging.

Scab on nipple: Sometimes a small cyst or blockage of a milk duct can look like a scab on the nipple, however, since this is a new spot, please show it to your gynecologist or dermatologist to be sure.
