A while, ?underdosed: B"sd 25 mcg is a small dose, usually I usually  reserve for the elderly or heart patients.  In any case the 1/2 life of thyroxine is about 14 days, so it takes about 2 months to steady state.  Glad to discuss details.

Terbinafine halflife: Thank you for your question.  When used for short-term use (2 weeks), Terbinafine's half-life is defined as 36 hours, therefore it exits the bloodstream after 72 hours.  When used for 90 days for nail infection, Terbinafine may be present in the nail plate for much longer, but not the bloodstream.  Varying underlying conditions may alter this and assessment by a medical professional is helpful.

HCTZ (hydrochlorothiazide) and BP: You need to see your physician (p) and ask the p why your hctz (hydrochlorothiazide) is not working. It is a diuretic and you may be taking in too much water and/or salt so you cannot eliminate water. You may need another agent(s) to control your bp. You are a bit young to be troubled with essential hypertension (h). Ask your p if you may have secondary h, which is caused by other factors. You p is best to help you.

Both sides: If you still have your left ovary, you will continue to ovulate from both ovaries. Each month will be a 50% chance the egg will be released on the good side. Because you had one ectopic, you are at risk for another. As soon as you think you are pregnant, you need to get in and get checked.
