3-4 days: Meth has a 1/2 life of 4-5 hours, but is metabolized to amphetamine which has half life around 10 hours. Best thing is to not use at all.

"Meth": If you mean methamphetamine, urine will be positive for 1-4 days. If you mean methadone, urine remains positive for 6-12 days.
