Immediately: Uti is caused by bacteria multiplying in the urine. Thus bladder urine will be full of bacteria once you have a uti.

See below: PAP smear is not designed to test for STDs. However it may reveal, herpes, HPV, trichhomonas, yeast and bacterial vaginosis. PAP results may a take a couple of weeks. Not finding these in a PAP smear does not exclude these infections. PAP does not reveal HIV. If you have a concern, you should see a doctor and get specific tests for the particular infection in question.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

Strongly suggestive: Urinalysis should be bacteria free or urine culture should be negative. Very dilute urine might provide a false negative for leucocytes.

How obtained ?: If you did a squat pee into a collection tray or just tested it as it flows, part of your sample may include a vaginal washout. There are often such findings with this method . If you washed the area around the labia &amp; spread them to collect the sample, it is less likely to have such contaminants.

No. You are probably: allergic to antibiotic. Get a change of antibiotics. See your Dr for the rash.

Not without Rx: While you may indeed have a uti, taking a medication that requires a prescription should not be done without physician oversight.  There may be reasons unrelated to your symptoms that prevent a physician from wanting you to be on a particular medication.
