See doctor: Where is your soreness? Abdomen or back? Were you originally tested for a UTI, or was it diagnosed over the phone/by history. Usually your symptoms should improve by the time you finish your antibiotic course. If symptoms return, you may be resistant to the antibiotic, or it is not a UTI. I'd recommend seeing your doctor and consider getting a urine culture. Best wishes.

Important to have your urine tested by a doctor, to determine what bacteria are causing the infection, and a specific treatment to eradicate the bacteria. If you have fever, low flank pain and frequent urination go to urgent care.

UTi symptoms: May be allergy to fructose ,  or food coloring. Do any solid foods  cause this?  Would get UA and check for infection when occurs , may be interstitial cystitis  or a vaginitis where you can have UTI symptoms ( usually more at the end of stream-can be from mycoplasma ureoplasma , yeast BV) though infection less likely if resolves quickly and irritation more likely. f/U with urogynecologist

A day: If the UTI is sensitive to amoxicillin, you should begin to notice improvement in your symptoms after the 2nd or 3rd doses but continue the antibiotic until you finish what your doctor prescribed. UTIs can go away!: Not all bladder infections require antibiotics. If you drink a lot of fluid, especially water or cranberry juice you may clear the symptoms. If they persist, worsen or you see blood in urine, contact your healthcare provider.
