No Magic: The best way to avoid showing buprenorphine/naloxone in your urine is wait the allotted time.  There is no magic chemical way to block its metabolites and it will show up in a screen.  Best advice--don't take a urine screen until after the waiting time.  Otherwise, do not take the drug.  If you have a problem, get into a program and get counseling.  Help is available.

: The drug test is done by measuring oxazepam- a drug breakdown product in urine. klonopin does not do that. so the test is negative

It should be...: Urine exam under microscope at being evaluated for UTI should show some WBC right then; obtain detailed hx to suspect, do urinalysis with or without urine culture, and apply clinical response to antibiotics to confirm the diagnosis of uti.

Amphetamines: Yes. If they are doing broad drug screening it is likely they are testing for amphetamines.  If you have a prescription from a physician who is carefully monitoring your health then you should probably disclose this to those doing the testing.
