No Magic: The best way to avoid showing buprenorphine/naloxone in your urine is wait the allotted time. There is no magic chemical way to block its metabolites and it will show up in a screen. Best advice--don't take a urine screen until after the waiting time. Otherwise, do not take the drug. If you have a problem, get into a program and get counseling. Help is available.
