Adcodol:  Adcodol reportedly contains paracetamol, codeine and caffeine. I would be concerned about being unable to sleep without taking a narcotic. This is a pain medication, not an insomnia medication. I would encourage you to consult with your doctor and to find other ways to deal with sleep issues.

Why do you need to: take this medication daily. If you are in pain all the time, you need to consult a doctor to find out why and address the underlying cause. No medication is entirely safe and taking any medication daily for a long time will have adverse side effects.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

Medicine: Taking two Zantac (ranitidine) 150 mg daily is a normal dose but two Allegra 180 mg is higher than the recommended dose. It will not likely hurt you in the short term but it I would not recommend it longterm. Taking two Allegra is not likely going to help you much more than just taking one a day.

What's being treated: It depends upon the condition being treated, and the particular symptoms you're trying to control.  If the condition is pcos, and the symptom is excess hair growth, spironolactone may be sufficient by itself.  But it takes 6-9 months to see any change in hair growth.  Ocps help by suppressing testosterone-like hormones, and may provide add'l benefit.  Ocps can ^ risk for blood clots & some cancers.
