Can be a cause  but!: There can also be other causes. It is best to discuss with your  physician.

This is a great drug and it can control your  MS but you need  guidance to take it safely. It is an immunosupressent  and infection can be a risk.

We used the same drug in studies  for Rheumatoid Arthritis and it did great but we  do not have  it availble for RA unfortunately

See below: Good supportive care with increased fluids, good nutrition and rest.  There are no other miracle cures.  It simply takes time and good health.

what meds should i take when i have a cold/flu symptoms?

Not much:: Force fluids x 8-10 glasses/day of electrolyte rich fluids (Powerade, Gatorade, Vitamin Water, G) and 4-6 bowls/day of broth, bullion, consume or soup. Hot steam showers 3-4 times/day. Nasal saline, Tylenol as needed, Robitussin DM or Mucinex DM as needed. Zinc lozenges and dark brown honey 4 times/day. Rest. Warm water gargles 4-6 times/day.
If not hypertensive OK to use a 12-hour nasal decongestant spray, followed by nasal saline spray, warm water gargles or neti pot. Carefully monitor temperature every 4-6 hrs.

Panadol is safe: Panadol or acetaminophen is completely safe for both mother and baby as long as she doesn't take more than the daily recommended dosage.

Stay well hydrated : And can use acetaminophen as needed, however if new symptoms as vomiting occur, you want to be seen by your doctor before using any drugs to stop vomiting, wish you and your baby wellness

: Keep the child isolated.  See a doctor via telemedicine. This can be COVID 19.

2nd or 3rd opinion: No - I think it is important to try and get to the bottom of your symptoms - that would be the best way to figure out a plan to get better. Sometimes you need a 'team' of doctors and I wonder if you've seen an ID specialist? Different doctors think in different ways, and I think you need a specialist or 2 to help out. Hope your primary doc can get the ball rolling here...

Weight: May not be related to your thyroid, presuming that your thyroid function tests are normal. You need to see our doctor for a check up
