Panadol is safe: Panadol or acetaminophen is completely safe for both mother and baby as long as she doesn't take more than the daily recommended dosage.

Acetaminophen: Acetaminophen is safe for use in pregnancy. If she has influenza she should be tested and treated with Flu medication. Aggressive treatment of Influenza is indicated in pregnant women.
