went to walk in clinic and they advised i have an external hemorrhoid and to take venixxa for the 7 day time period and the hemorrhoid should go away in a few days. with it almost being a week, i have no pain but its still there. will it go away?

: If it is not bleeding, itching or causing you pain, let it be. It will gradually shrivel due to scarring.

While the minimally invasive Staple hemorrhoidectomy is painless and done as out patient. The laser or infra-red spot welding usually not painful nor is the rubber banding for the internal hemorrhoid only.

Hard to say: What some people call an external hemorrhoid is actually a skin tag.  When a hemorrhoid (vein in the rectum) becomes distended, it can distend external skin.  This sometimes shrinks back down, but sometimes leaves redundant skin that remains.  If the external swelling is recent, it should shrink down as much as it is going to within 2-3 months at the most.

Yes: External and internal hemorrhoids are aggravated by straining and poor bowel habits.  As long as you keep your stools soft and avoid prolonged straining, your hemorrhoids should not be aggravated by taking clomid (clomiphene).
