Few  days to a week: Be careful , somtimes those what you think are mole could be some else like skin cancer? Check with your dr?

Mole Removal: Iodine placed on a mole will not cause the mole to fall off. The only way to remove a mole correctly is surgical excision.

No, stop this: Do not place  tincture of iodine in your mouth.  Elemental iodine is toxic.

There is no home cure for dental abscesses and there is no reason to delay seeing a dentist.   Set an appointment asap.

: Moles may develop at any age, but usually in ages up to the 30's. See your dermatologist for a complete skin exam , esp should you have any questionable lesions that are new and enlarging.

There are estimates of how long it takes different types of early melanomas to become invasive, but that's a long answer. The best thing to do is to see your doctor and have a skin check. Tell them about any moles that worry you, so that you can be relieved.

It may not grow back: Depending on the depth of the "nicking off" it could be akin to having the lesion.mole excised, so there is the chance the mole may not grow back.  have it looked at if it does not heal.
