Maybe: If you we're not drinking alcohol, it's likely that the drug test will be negative 4 days after a single use of cocaine. If you we're drinking alcohol, a combined metabolite of Cocaine and alcohol may be detected for up to a week.

You know that you need to quit abusing your body and stop doing drugs and alcohol.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Yes: Cocaine is very short-acting, and the active drug is in the bloodstream, and therefore can get into breast milk, for perhaps 8 hours.  Within 24 hours there would be no chance that cocaine itself would enter breastmilk. The metabolites are what are measured in urine, and these are not metabolically active anyway. However, if you are using cocaine and have a child, you really need to seek help!!!

How would I know?: It would kind of depend on whether you used Cocaine and alcohol, wouldn't it.  You don't say in your question if or when you used them, but if it was in the last 3-5 days, there is a good chance it will show up in your urine. Cocaine is not what is ever found, because it lasts only a few minutes in the bloodstream and is broken down into metabolites. Cocaethylene has a longer period of detection.
