Elbow is a joint...: The elbow is a joint, so it doesn't really have muscles.  It has tendons and ligaments, which hold the bones in position in the elbow (the tendons connect to muscles).  A significantly torn muscle near the elbow can sometimes "ball up" like a lump of muscle.

20y ulnar, median nerves torn & surgically fixed, can't fully stretch elbow yet but i go to gym and can't strengthen my triceps muscle it it's very hard to work without weight!any advice please thanks?

You only need to ask: The solution is follow the post operative instructions that should have been prescribed by your surgeon. You may need to push him for assistance for the proper rehabilitation protocol. If this is not possible, then inquire at your gym for an exercise coordinator for his input and assistance.

Rest is best: The elbow itself has no muscles, and pain there is most commonly the result of irritation or trauma to the tendons and /or ligaments. Those heal slowly, so if rest does not help, see a doctor for a definitive diagnosis and treatment plan.

i have had pain in my brachioradialis muscle for months and my bicep is getting weaker. the tendons just below the bicep towards the elbow joint are sore when doing a bicep curl. could something be torn? i dont recall a sudden injury occurring.

Get an exam and a Dx: Pain in the brachioradialis is quite unusual. It could be a tennis elbow or a biceps tendinitis? If there wasn't a sudden injury there may have been an overuse activity/exercise. In any case, you need to see an orthopedic/sports medicine doctor to establish a correct diagnosis (Dx). Then treatment can start. There is no quick fix. Typically PT and/or a steroid injection may help.

Probable muscular: Any trauma? Neck problems? Pinched nerve?  Scoliosis? Pain that worsens with muscle movement such as deep breathing typically are related to skeletal or muscular issues. Discuss spine and disk problems with you doctor.
