Depends: You may wish to wait to 6 months after exposure to avoid false negative from testing too early. It would be better to get a HIV nucleic acid test at 6 months after exposure.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

Yes: The oral test is as reliable at the blood test.  At 9 weeks, your chances of turning positive with your negative tests is very very small.  However, most studies recommend testing up to 6 - 12 months, depending upon the type of exposure and amount of information available from the source of the exposure.

Depends on timing: The important missing information is how long after your possible exposure you were tested. If it was long enough, the negative result is conclusive an you needn't be worried at all. That interval is 4 weeks for the 4th generation ("duo", "combo") HIV blood tests, and 6-8 weeks for all others.

Almost as good: The finger prick HIV blood tests are very good, almost as good as laboratory based blood tests. If enough time has passed since the last possible exposure, the result is conclusive. That's 4-6 weeks for the antigen-antibody ("combo", 4th generation) tests and 6-8 weeks for most antibody-only tests. The oral fluids test isn't quite as good, taking up to 3 mo. and still missing a few infections.
