Usually 1 month: For severe deficiency, initially the shots may be daily/weekly. Once levels stable, they are usually given im monthly.

B12: B12 injections are only for the treatment of B12 deficiency and if your levels are normal  they will not increase.Your symptoms that you describe are not specifically related to B12 deficiency.

b12 was 140. have recieved 6 b12 injections. the last jab was a week ago. muscle fatigue  is improved but i now feel tingly all over, is this normal?

What is your B12 lev: el now? B vitamins can make things tingly. Are you taking any other B vitamins? You can test for those as well separately. For muscle fatigue to improve more, you need to have your Vitamin D3 levels checked as that will be a better indicator for you, as will iodine levels. See an integrative medicine doctor to tie it all together for you nicely, and monitor your progress too.

Other cause: Bit B12 ink would not cause vaginal bleeding. You need to see a gynecologist for a detailed exam to determine the cause if bleeding . It can be anything from a cervical lesion to dysfunctional uterine bleeding . It can then be treated appropriately

.: B12 injection should not cause sleepiness or tiredness. It is not a common side effect. 

Advise: B12 is a vitamin and not a lipotropic. 
B12 is not fda approved as a lipotropic and it does not work. Would advise you not to try it as a lipotropic medication.

i have had tongue pain/swelling for 3 months since diagnosed with low b12 (220) and oral supplements have not worked for the last 3 months. dr started me on fortnightly b12 injections last week. when will my tongue issues resolve? daily anxiety now.

Lichen Planus : I would look into diagnosis of Lichen Planus.  It is an autoimmune disorder that can affect any skin surface including cheek, tongue, and gums.  Burning tongue condition is very common.  Finding a trigger that sets off the disorder helps to control it.  No cure but are various therapies.  See dentist or dermatologist.

Maybe Pain?: Pallor sounds more like a symptom of presyncope or almost passing out.  Drinking and sitting down likely helped. Your symptoms do not sound like an allergy reaction which would cause hives and potentially breathing problems. All the best. Giving yourself an injection is brave.

i had b12 injections & 1 of the side effects is acne like rash & i have come out in lots spots on my face & is very red. will it last long? treatment?

Very rare.: B12 usually does not cause reactions.  Rare individuals with allergy to B12 or cobalt, a component of the B12 molecule, have been reported.  Rash may last up to 4 months if that is what it is after stopping.  However, if you are truly deficient and cannot absorb it from diet, and you don't get it any other way, consequences are severe.  Discuss with your doctor.
