Genetics: We all have differences from each other due to genetics, including gender and nutrition. The rates at which various chemicals, including alcohol, are metabolized, vary among people and explains how long after the last drink etg may be detectable.
Alcohol is a poison and you should abstain.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

Alcohol and water: Drinking waters merely dilutes the alcohol in the stomach. Its the liver that clears the alcohol and this is not dependent on the dilution.

In general, hours...: It is hard to tell how long it takes for alcohol to leave a particular person's body, but in general, it's about 1 hour for each drink. Some people get a higher blood alcohol level (bac) than other people do, despite the same number of drinks, so will take hours longer to return to normal. So, a bac of 0.08 will take 5 hours to go away, dropping 0.016 per hour, and bac of 1.0 will take 6.25 hours.

1 drink per hour: Alcohol metabolism/breakdown occurs at a fixed rate regardless of how much you drink. The rate is 1 drink per hour. If you drink 10 drinks in an hour, 1 drink will leave your system after 1 hour. Excessive drinking for this reason can lead to alcohol poisoning and death. Please drink in moderation. If you take medications it is better to not drink at all. If you cannot stop, get help. Good luck!

Depends on test: If only blood alcohol levels are checked, those are usually normal at about 12 hours after last drink, sooner if amount imbibed is small. Urine test for etg may be positive for 5 day after drinking. In a chronic drinker CDT test may be positive for 2 weeks.

Dangerous combo.: Combining alcohol with Cocaine creates cocaethylene which adds further to the effects of either drug alone. Sometimes what is done to your brain is more relevant than how long the drug stays in your system. Be warned this is dangerous. Be safe.

Depends: Most meds labelled like that can actually be taken with alcohol. Manufacturers are known to be overly cautious like that. But there are a few notable exceptions. In the vast majority of cases you can take the warning to mean not with alcohol in your system.  Your specific case may be different so best to ask your doc.
