im not on blood thinners, they gave me a dose of xareltro at hospital yesterday as a pre caution till i was able to go get my self scanned today. is it ok to that advil now or is the blood thinner still in my system?

Dehydration: Try drinking a lot of water and taking some soup or broth.. that will help resolve your headache because most likely it's due to dehydration. Sometimes a virus can cause a headache and diarrheal type illness but I would try REHYDRATING first. I think that will get you some relief! Advil (ibuprofen) or Motrin could be damaging to the kidneys in a dehydrated state-so that's another reason I would want hydration

Naproxen sodium: After three days, naproxen should be out of your system.  Some NSAIDs can cause edema. Restrict your salt intake, especially processed foods for the next few days and see your doctor if edema isn't getting better.

i want to cleanse from the pain killers (tylenol, advil, (ibuprofen) & aleve) i've been taking for cronic headaches. how long before its all out of my system?

Chronic NSAID's+Tyl: These medications won't be detectible in your system within a few days after last use. Multiple problems are associated with long term use of these medications & some can persist even after complete cessation. Chances are you have not exhausted your body's reserve in handling these medications. Don't be surprised if your gerd (profile) & headaches improve after you stop these.

Yes. : Depending on when you took the medication breast feeding is possible. If u took it just before breast feeding then the medication will take some time  before getting into breast milk. Splenomegaly: Enlarged spleen can cause back, flank, and abdominal pain. You really do need to get it checked. Don't overdose on nsaids & tylenol (acetaminophen).

Pain: I am not familiar with moxen but you can take ultram for chronic pain.

Try pooping: A general rule in medicine @ your age says  the closer the pain is to the belly button, the more likely it is to be benign. You could be getting a bowel obstruction, especially if you have a history of constipation or low fiber diet. There are plenty of other things it could be, but this is usually what i find. Try a gentle laxative and/or increased dietary fiber.

: It should be safe to take Advil (Ibuprofen) or Clindal (Clindamycin) together unless you have any history of prior reaction to either medication.
