Yes: All of the above listed symptoms may occur. Including tenderness with palpation of the rib.  Depending on he area involved pain usually occurs due to irritation and impingement of the intercostal nerve above the affected rib or pressure on the costochondral joint itself.

    hemolysis
    elevated liver enzymes
    low platelet count
this condition is a form of pre-eclampsia during childbearing.
Visual changes may stem from different causes such as corneal or macular edema which may be more temporary or retinal breaks/detachments which may be more severe and permanent.  Best to see your eye md!

possible gastritis: Could be gastritis - the irritation from something that you have taken, medications, alcohol, excess acid, bile reflux or virus can lead to "hunger pains" without actually being hungry.  Similar symptoms can occur with patients with peptic ulcer disease.  Treatment is to remove the inciting cause, e.g. Alcohol, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, treating with antacids.  If persistent, see md.

Checkup: Start with a physical exam, labs and visit to a doctor. Stomach ulcers can present like this.  The food irritates he ulcer when it gets into the stomach.  Abdominal pain can also be due to a stomach ulcer. Pregnancy can produce strange food cravings. Without more information cannot fully answer the question.

You need: to have this checked out ASAP!

Generalized abdominal pain which "settles" in the right lower abdomen is pretty "classical"for acute APPENDICITIS.  Not to alarm you but you need to go to an ER for evaluation if your PCP (Primary Care Provider) is unavailable now!

Abdominal pain: I am concerned about her cough, fever and abdominal pain, your child should be evaluated for pneumonia.  How long has she had the cough and is there any vomiting associated with this illness?  I would recommend you make an appointment with her doctor or take her to urgent care.
