You need: to have this checked out ASAP! Generalized abdominal pain which "settles" in the right lower abdomen is pretty "classical"for acute APPENDICITIS. Not to alarm you but you need to go to an ER for evaluation if your PCP (Primary Care Provider) is unavailable now! Hope this helps! Good Luck! Dr Z
