i'm on my period. i'd a bowel movement and my stool was so huge i barely flushed it(not painful).my stools had yellow or orangish dots, what could this mean? do i have infection? last time i had yellow dots, i had eaten corn before, but not now.

Stool color: None of this sounds abnormal and nothing suggests a health problem of any kind. The color and consistency of feces depends mostly on diet. From a health standpoint, there is no reason to closely examine stool appearance. From what you describe, I see no reason for worry or concern.

last night and this morning i have pain in my lower right backside of my abdomen. nausea fatigue and weakness. do i have a kidney infection ?

It is possible: It sounds like there is something wrong making you feel so poorly.  You should be evaluated as soon as possible.  Left untreated kidney infections can become very serious and require hospitalization.  Drink plenty of clear fluids, such as water and cranberry juice, and see your regular doctor or go to an urgent care center for evaluation and treatment.

Maybe  something els: The symptoms could be caused by a virus ot gastointestinal infection.  You may need to see your clinician to rule out all of these and pregnancy.

it's not really my abdomen, further in to my pelvis around my vagina. i had gone to my doctor about it a couple months ago and she said it was a yeast infection so we got that treated and it lasted for a little bit. started itching and burning again.

Groin rash: Yeast infections in the groin region are usually due to friction and moisture. Diabetes is also a cause.. Anityeast cream should clear it again. Avoid tight fitting underwear, wear white cottons and avoid tight fitting jeans.

In any case you want to keep hydrated and see your doctor if you cannot do that.

Non-specific: IBS is a non disease, describing a complex of vague of undefined problems, such as gas, bloating, irregularity, cramps, etc. Your best bet is a good balanced diet, with fiber, excellent hydration, especially water, and yogurt. If you don't like yogurt , take a probiotic 3-4 times a week. Good luck.

Bilirubin: An infected bowel around the common bile duct could cause back pressure info the liver causing your bilirubin blood level to rise bu this would be extremely uncommon

Diarrhea and urine: Sometimes with diarrhea you can get  a urinary tract infection which can cause frequent urination. If you have diarrhea from diabetes  then  the diabetes or elevated glucose  can cause frequent urination. Pinworms can cause urinary tract infections. Follow with your doctor and check an urinanalysis/ urine culture.
