Can't : Can't remove testosterone  that was injected via the stomach. If his vomiting led to gastrointestinal bleeding or if he has a bowel obstruction or ileus - he may have a nasogastric tube.

: I assume ER team did not do stomach lavage or induce emesis because of you had taken the pills long enough so those measures are no longer effective. Acetaminophen level was checked and I assume they gave you the antidote, i.e. acetyl cysteine which probably causes your current stomach symptoms. Furthermore, if they believed your story, a total dose of 4 gm (8 x 500 mg) is not life threatening.

You or your caregives should review all the medicines you get  with the doctors and minimize unnecessary drugs.

Depends: This depends upon the type and quantity of fluid and the setting in which it was present. I am assuming this is fluid within the abdomen outside of the stomach. Example benign causes of fluid in the abdomen include: liver disease, infection/inflammation, and recent ovulation. This is a question best answered by your PCP. They can review all of the available information and help with any concerns.

Call : Call your obgyn asap. If you cannot reach your obgyn, go to the emergency room to ensure your baby is okay. Abdomincal pain and back pain can be signs of miscarriage, so please see your doctor asap.
