Up to you: If you are allergic to the bites, then they will itch for weeks.  If you scratch them, they will itch until you quit scratching them.  They can cause hard bumps called nodules if you continue to rub or scratch.  Also, are the fleas still around?  Other bites can look like flea bites and last a long time, such as scabies and other mites.  Hydrocortisone cream and oral Benadryl (diphenhydramine) will help the itch.

Tick bite: A tick-bite granuloma usually develops days or months after the bite and can take months to years to resolve.  his might be caused by fragments of the tick still in your skin or might just have been a reaction to the tick’s saliva.  Itching is not uncommon. Bacteria and parasites can often co-occur with ticks.

In some areas of the country Lyme Disease can occur.In the US tick bites have potential for transmitting a number of diseases: Lyme Disease, Anaplasmosis, Babesiosis, Borrelia mayonii, Borrelia miyamotoi, Colorado tick fever, Ehrlichiosism , Powassan disease, Heartland virus, Rickettsia parkeri rickettsiosis, Rocky Mountain spotted fever (RMSF), Tickborne relapsing

should i go and take a test for lyme disease? i got two tick bites on monday and pulled them out. i felt really sick last night and a little sick now

Wait: It can take at least 2 weeks to seroconvert to a positive titre in your system after a tick bite, so getting a test now, would not be indicative of your recent bites.  Symptoms that soon after a bite would not usually be lymes either.  A bulls eye rash is however indicative of lymes disease, so if that occurs (ecm rash) than call your dr. Sooner, otherwise, get tested at least 2 weeks after bite.

Yes this is not just: A spine issue but a possible  infection  tick borne or flu like or even  other issues that may be more problematic like hodgkin's or rheumatologic so see your doctor.

Tick bite: African tick bite fever is apparently endemic in your area. Lyme disease has been reported in Africa. I recommend systemic antibiotics(?doxycycline) for 2 weeks in view of the rash and fatigue.Fucidin cream isn't sufficient treatment. Discuss this with your physician.

my son started experiencing some lower back pain,a migraine,mild fever and a pain on the left side of the throat. we were recently in the bush (last week)...could this be tick bite fever perhaps its day 3, should i be concerned?

Infection: The presence of the sore throat amongst the other symptoms favors a viral upper respiratory tract infection. A head cold and/or mild cough may ensue. Treatment at this time is rest, intake of adequate fluids, gargling with warm salt water, lozenges and Tylenol. If no gradual improvement,appearance of rash or worsening of symptoms, an examination by a physician is warranted.

my eyes get red often. it's been happening for the last 3 weeks or so. i was in hospital recently with a tick bite. the doctor did give me eye drops but it helps temporarily. i've also been getting cramps in my calves and pins and needles.

Eye drops: Eye drops may help your eyes, but not your legs. You need a comprehensive physical examination to know what treatment is required or what specialist you will have to see. Please see your GP for a full work-up.

Simple Care: When our protective skin is injured/opened, then the delicate internal environment is exposed to the harsh external environment.  Covering it with a clean dressing is the way to go changing it every other day or so.  Avoid scratching.  Anti-itch creams help.   Also, stay away from peroxide, alcohol, betadine, hibiclens, bleach solutions and other irritating things.
