It depends on...: This depends on whether you have smoked or eaten marijuana, how much, how often and how recently. If you have not been using marijuana certainly vodka will not show up as marijuana. If using marijuana alcohol won't cover it up. If they are testing for marijuana they will not detect alcohol unless they test for it, but 2 drinks tonite should be out of your system by tomorrow. 100% unless...: The typical urine tox screens are only + if someone is acutely intoxicated. It takes the healthy liver one hour to metabolize 1 standard drink (1 standard drink = 5 oz wine or 12 oz beer). There are a couple more tests, however, which can detect alcohol up to 5-7 days (Urine ethyl glucuronide test) and up to 30 days (Serum phosphatidylethanol test) after consumption.

Alcohol in Food: Perhaps you ate food that was cooked with alcohol. Alcohol does not dissipate in cooking as some believe and it can very easily trigger modern etg alcohol screening tests.

No. doubtful.: It is doubtful that the urine test is literally for alcohol (which is gone in 1-2 day at most). All the other breakdown products they screen for are for long term use of alcohol and stay around for days and will be positive. The tricky part is why does a job test for alcohol that is not taken during the workday? Are they really testing just for alcohol taken that day?

Please clarify: You are asking if a urine sample taken before you drank alcohol would pick up the alcohol you would drink later?  That makes no sense.

Expect clean: Urine should be free of alcohol at 42 hours after the last drink.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

What kind of test?: Your urine will contain ethyl glucuronide (etg) and depending on the cut off level set to for the test, you are likely to test positive.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.
