i am 7 days late on my period i took a $.99 pregnant test an it was negative should i wait longer to take another one?

No: Make sure the pregnancy test wasn't expired and that it was new and undamaged. If it's been more than 2 weeks after your last sexual intercourse, then the results should be accurate. You can certainly take another test to be absolutely certain. If it's been less than 2 weeks since your last sexual intercourse when you took the test, then all bets are off.

my obgyn recommends not trying to get pregnant for 6 months after accutane. i am 33yo, why do i need to wait longer than a month post treatment?

They are wrong!!...: Your ob/gyn is not correct in their recommendation.  Here is a quote from a reputable source:

"females of childbearing potential should not become pregnant during therapy or for 1 month following discontinuation of isotretinoin".

On the day you stop therapy, take a pregnancy test.  Then take a test 30 days later.  At that point, you are clear to try for pregnancy.  Good luck!

so my period is scheduled to start today but i had almost non existant spotting should i take a test to see if i am pregnant or wait a little longer?

Spotting: Yes I would wait a few more days then then do a pregnancy test. You should be on birth control if not trying to get pregnant. Hope all goes well.

i'm 38 1/2 weeks pregnant& baby hasn't dropped, i do get sharp pain in my prenium occasionally.im a first time mom, can i expect a longer wait for labor?

Patience: You are only 38 weeks. Labor is usually between 37-41 weeks. Ask your doctor to check your cervix and see what your dilation is.

Its been 1 year: since you've been trying to conceive,so by definition you are infertile. I would see a reproductive gynecologist who deals with infertility now.

i got off the depo-provera shot a month ago couple of days after had spotting now clear watery discharge, could i be able to get pregnant now or wait longer?

Best to wait: Depoprovera causes thinning of the uterine lining over time.  This is why the majority of women who use it have lighter periods or no periods.  However, the endometrium is the layer of the uterus that nourishes the fertilized egg, so it is important to allow it about three months after stopping the Depo-Provera to get back to normal.

blood clots in the lungs in 2015 from taking birth control.no longer have clots. 6 weeks pregnant prescribed take ecotrin 81mg is this safe.can i start taking it now or wait for 12 weeks? also got pregnant using fertomid is ecotrin neccessary.

Hyper coagulation : Please seek the care of an Obstetrician immediately. Given your history you would be deemed a high risk and will need good medical management throughout. The Ecotrin is probably not sufficient and, at a minimum, you will need prophylactic anticoagulation with Heparin or Lovenox.

Within a week of...: If you are regular with your period, say approximately every 30 days...This means you usually ovulate on day 16 of your cycles..If during ovulation you got "lucky lucky", then missing period means about 2 weeks after conception..So usually within the first week of missing your period the home pregnancy test should give you a smile, if that is what u r wishing...

i have irregular cycles (skips 2 months) last was 8/9-8/16/13  fiances semen entered 9/27/13 how long will i have to wait to know if im pregnant?

Difficult to say: Because your cycles are irregular it's difficult to say when you might be pregnant. If your episode of unprotected sex was 9/27, then if no period in 3 weeks, take a test. You can always use some on-line apps to help measure basal body temp and cervical mucous if you want to see when you might be ovulating, and thus fertile.
