No: Make sure the pregnancy test wasn't expired and that it was new and undamaged. If it's been more than 2 weeks after your last sexual intercourse, then the results should be accurate. You can certainly take another test to be absolutely certain. If it's been less than 2 weeks since your last sexual intercourse when you took the test, then all bets are off.
