Unlikely: These are two separate medical conditions with a little chance to overlap. However brain hemorrhage can occur due to either of them. That is the only overlap i can think of.

Not really: Brain aneurysm wouldn't cause such as the main diagnostic symptoms, you probably have neck sprain, try pain killers on regular basis, unless contraindicated, if no improvement, see your doctor, take care

Difficult question: There is a form of brain aneurysm that is caused by chronic hypertension.  However, other aneurysms are congenital and can rupture during bouts of temporary hypertension.  Generally pregnancy induced hypertension is not dangerous and is well tolerated.  Mri can look for congenital forms of aneurysm, but careful blood pressure management is appropriate regardless.

A brain aneurysm: is an out pouching of one of the vessels inside of the brain.  The biggest concern is if this were to rupture.  This in turn, could cause a person to loose consciousness.  Monitoring and a discussion with a neurosurgeon about risks and potential for surgery would be warranted depending on size and severity.

There is a defect in the blood vessel wall is the basis and if there is enough pressure within the vessel it could bulge quickly; but it may also be gradual. The important thing is to be evaluated by competent and experienced physicians that may be able to prevent catastrophe.

Yes: An aneurysm can cause a change in personality if it leaks or puts pressure on nearby brain tissue in the frontal lobes.  It should be treated since it could rupture any time and be fatal.  Recovery from a leaking aneurysm usually causes some change in the person but many times this gets better over a few years.

No: Prognosis is bad if untreated, undetected.  25 % will die immediatly , 25 %  later in hospital stay, 25 %  will have severe neurological problems. Any age: Most cerebral aneurysms are acquired from poorly controlled HTN (hypertension), but some are congenital... Think of errors in collagen metabolism, for example.
