i am having unusual pain in on the right hand side of my stomach going to to the groin. then lately i get pains in my rectum time to time. i also experience severe pain when i get my period. i cant survive the day if i dont take pain killers.. ?

Hand fracture: C can result in a slight bump or thickening of a bone. This is a natural process where the body makes extra bone called callus. Often overtime this bone  bump  diminishes however sometimes the bones they sticker and looks and feels a little bit different forever. There is much variety in how bone feel after an injury and something that really should be spoken about with your treating physician.

Headache: Headaches or pains on your head can be caused by multiple things. It sounds like this is a new symptom for you. That being said it is important for it to be evaluated. If it is associated with any loss of vision, numbness it inability to use any part of your body you should be seen right away.

hi, what is stronger? zapain or dihydrocodeine. ive broken my hand an been prescribed these pain killers but i dont like the side effects

Similar, but...: The potency of dihydrocodeine and codeine are equitative.  Zapain=codeine+paracetamol. So,  it is expected that the combined medicine aliviate more than dihydrocodeine alone. However, if the side effects are strong or you feel uncomfortable, feel free to speak out to your doctor to look for other alternative painkillers.

Unlikely to break: It would be highly unlikely (and very unlucky) to break a wrist that is already in a cast.  It could happen, but it would be highly unusual.

Examination: You should determine and cure cause of your problem rather than just trying to mask symptoms. Lots of possibilities, so you will have to see a Physician to determine "why."

It depends: It depends on the type of injury and type of fracture. If the pain persists, especially on the area you touch ( point tenderness) repeat x ray in 7 to 10 days or MRI is recommended.

tennis elbow left hand since june 1st 2015...seen docs  have taken  prescribed  medicines i e pain killers i am wearing an elbow brace no relief help?

Consider injection: This can be seen commonly in a Sports Medicine clinic and often if topical pain relievers such as Pennsaid or Lidocaine not work, I will inject cortisone before considering a complete course of Occupational therapy, lifestyle modifications and alternative approaches such as Acupuncture and myofascial release.

arm hurts and hand numb (left) and my doc says it is a pinched nerve at c4. time, anti inflamm & pain killers are treatment.  should i do more?

Physical Therapy: Physical therapy would be very helpful. If it gets worse, some cases may amenable to surgical intervention.
