A member asked:

Hi, what is stronger? zapain or dihydrocodeine. ive broken my hand an been prescribed these pain killers but i dont like the side effects

Similar, but...: The potency of dihydrocodeine and codeine are equitative. Zapain=codeine+paracetamol. So, it is expected that the combined medicine aliviate more than dihydrocodeine alone. However, if the side effects are strong or you feel uncomfortable, feel free to speak out to your doctor to look for other alternative painkillers.
