You can't.: A stress fracture creates a weak area in the bone that can, with additional stress and without warning, propagate completely through the bone and even displace. Depending on the location of the fracture, this can have serious consequences increasing significantly the length of recovery, frequently necessitating surgery, and sometimes threatening one's future athletic participation.

Several months: Usually takes 4-6 months for pars fracture to heal if there is not increased space between fracture fragments. Sometimes patient is placed in brace to help healing by immobilizing the spine.

Stress fracture : A stress fracture is a serious injury. These are related to over use. You should no consider playing for the next four weeks to allow complete healing of the fracture. If you are insistent in playing i would recommend seeing an orthopedic surgeon or physical therapist on techniques on taping and you may consider buying a bone stimulator.

Painless running: It will most likely take 6-8 weeks for
a tibial stress fracture to heal
usually it is a clinical diagnosis 
as to when one can return to sports
usually one can ride a stationary bike
to maintain conditioning.
Once the stress fracture pain has 
subsided and the patient can walk without
pain, i will gradually allow gently jogging
preferably on a grass or soft surface
i will then progress gradually.

Unlikely: The fibula does not bear much weight at all, about one sixth of the amount of the other bone in the leg, the tibia.  As such, it is very uncommon to get a "stress fracture" in the fibula.  A detailed exam and appropriate studies will likely determine the cause of your pain.

Pain: if you can still walk on this it's unlikely to be a stress fracture. Common reasons for foot pain would be an Extensor Tendonitis perhaps some degree of neuritis of the nerve of the top of your foot.

Ans: Well you must be a very active person. Get a X-ray and see especially if the pain doe not improve over time.
