Positive test: etg will be detectable in your urine.
Depending on the cut off point for the result it may or may not be called positive. 
Alcohol is a poison and has not done anybody any good. It would be preferable to abstain entirely.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

No: It is metabolized to hippuric acid which will not show up on a urine test.

Depends : On the lab, in the office overnight but you can get it back within hours if need be.  Depends on what machine they are using for the testing.

: Ultrasound is not very precise all the time- sp with no symptoms and normal labs- for it s also operator driven . Ask your doc if you need additional testing such as CT which is more precise

i have alcohol use disorder and am now recently sober. blood tests from 2 weeks ago with ast 135, alt 175. laboratory uln was 33. bilirubin was a bit low. mcv a bit high. i know i had fatty liver. does this indicate cirrhosis?

: The gold standard for the diagnosis of cirrhosis is a liver biopsy. You must totally abstain from alcohol &amp; should be evaluated, advised and followed by a hepatologist or gastroenterologist. In my opinion, the findings do suggest alcoholic liver disease more than fatty liver.

Liver function: AST and ALT are liver function tests, and the numbers you report are abnormal. There are several possible causes, and your doctor will likely recommend additional testing such as abdominal ultrasound and blood tests to try to establish the reason for the abnormality.

You will be fine: An alcohol spill will simply need to be cleaned off of your penile skin and let heal over time.  You will not have any issues with pH on your penis.

Possible: Mild alcoholic hepatitis can cause a high ferritin.  Stop the drinking and repeat in one to two months.

if a billionaire put a lab together would if be scientifically be possible to create a drug that neautralizes alcohol? so if some is drunk and they take the drug it sobers them up within an hour say? just a random question i've never seen mentioned?

: Why does he do that if the most effective way without any cost is stop drinking? However, there is a drug called disulfiram which you can take it to stop habitual drinking because you have horrible adverse effects if you drink alcohol when taking this drug, I wonder if you know that.
