Too broad: It can mean many things. Sepsis, shock from bleeding, pulmonary embolus etc. Need to have more info than just tachycardia.

See below: "unconscious and exhaling only" sounds like agonal breathing so he was not dead yet but very close to it. Both massive stroke and massive heart attack may result in severe damage to the brain because of lack of oxygen. Even if resuscitated, these patients usually don't wake up and die eventually of multiple complications. Sorry!

3 years ago, i started getting heart palpitations when i sleep. there's no fear, stress or anxiety. just neutral. the palpitations only happen when i'm unconscious. when i wake up it slows back down. i don't even have to move. what is going on?

: If you never had a holter monitoring in the past you should have one done first to confirm frequent ectopic heart beats or other cardiac arrhythmia as the cause of your palpitation. Further work-up for differential diagnosis is different if cardiac arrhythmia is present or not during sleep. Good luck!

since i was 11 i have fainting spells. my body gets real hot. heart beats fast. lose sight and hearing and finally ill fall over unconscious. i do not hav anxiety and it's gotten worse with pregnancy.

Postural hypotension: Followed by syncope (fainting). This is due to a chaotic autonomic (automatic) nervous system and is directly due in most cases to vitamin deficiency from a lousy diet, particularly all the sweet junk. It is common in the U.S.

i was falling asleed and jumped put of bed with a feeling like my heart stopped and i was going unconsious. i took my blood pressure for reassurence and it said 99/54. pulse was 92, then yook it again and pulse was 55. is that concerning?

: It is difficult to understand exactly what you are experiencing. But as far as The heart rate goes, this number changes from second to second based on what is going on in the body and mind. Fluctuation from 55-92 is not unusual. If this continues to cause you distress, then I’d consider getting seen in person.

Probably not: When the heart has a premature beat (which occurs in all adults daily), it pauses to return to its original rhythm. During the pause (measured in milliseconds), it feels more than usual. This produces an especially strong next beat which is often felt by people. The medical term is "post-extrasystolic potentiation". By itself, it's not at all serious. Ps, seroquel (quetiapine) doesn't cause tachycardia.

: Closer than 500 or 1000 feet to a freeway is considered problematic. Your house doesn't appear to be exposed to heavy,dense freeway traffic. Nevertheless avoid outdoor activities during peak traffic hours. I would tend to keep windows closed much of the time also. It is estimated that up to 45% of urban dwellers in North America are living near heavy traffic. Children are more vulnerable to asthma
