Emergency Dept.: at your local hospital is what is needed ASAP.  Follow that up w/treatment by a mental health professional to get to the root of the cause for the overdose. Possible: Naprosyn (naproxen) can cause microscopic bleeding that you do not feel. So you could be anemic this should be checked out. Tmj effects the quality of your sleep which will make you tired. Also naprosyn (naproxen) can affect kidney function which may have multiple effects as well. It sounds like you're due for re-evaluation.

Yes and maybe.: Naproxen definitely increases the risk of peptic ulcer and G.I. bleeding. It is usual to add a proton pump inhibitor such as Omeprazole to lessen the risk. Most NSAIDs increase cardiovascular risk in patients such as you. It is claimed Naproxen is less so than others, but 2000mg a day is not a minor dose. Discuss with your doctor.

Milk: Try drinking a glass of milk.  If that relieves it, would not take any more naproxen.  If not, should consider it is your heart that is the problem and go to the hospital to get it checked out.
