Yes.: Don't over-drink, whether on vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) or not.  And, of course, take vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) as rx'd.  The two substances are not incompatible.

You should not drink: You should not drink alcohol while you are taking vynase as there is serious drg interaction and can lead to serious often irreversible side effects and in extreme cases even death can occur.

Tricky: The drug is going to be out of the system by 3 to 5 days even being pessimistic. BUT:
1) you can develop a psychological queeziness to alcohol that is not from the drug anymore. This can be permanent.
2) you can develop liver injury from either and this makes alcohol a bad idea.
so... can't say in your case; generally a week is really pessimistic.

Nizatidine &gt; 6 Weeks: Nizatidine is generally safe to take for longer than 6 weeks. But, if you need to take it for 6 weeks or longer, your symptoms probably indicate that you should be under a doctor's care. If you're not, check in with your doctor. You can have an occasional drink, but alcohol will make your GI symptoms worse  which is counter productive as to why you're taking the nizatidine.

: This is not an appropriate question. As doctors, we never give advice to patient who wants to stop a medication for safely drinking alcohol.

Drug interaction: Checker showed possible mild (but unspecified) interaction btwn Doxycycline and alcohol which should not be clinically significant.

Alcohol: At 16 hours the drug should be metabolized and not having an effect. More important is the factor that you are not feeling any side effects from the medication if so then alcohol should not be an issue. If you are on regular usage of oxycodone you might want to consider giving up the alcohol as they do not work well together.

Healthy?  Then OK.: 16 hours is enough time to clear the drug, and interaction with alcohol should be minimal.  If you have any significant medical problems, especially liver or kidney disease, this might not be enough time.

That depends: On other factors as well.  Also are you presently on any other medications?   Is drinking = 1 beer or a six pack?   More information needed.  Hope this helps.
